Big Brother 11: Jeff, Michele and the Coup D’Etat

So far this season big brother has been dropping great big smack downs all season.  They brought back quite likely the most despised player in BB history, well at least for me lol, and tonight they’ve pulled off the first ever Coup D’Etat.  They tried in the all stars but Boogie had his own gameplan already covered.  The producers wanted to ensure this time that the power got used and that the utilization of the power would bring in more viewers!  And boy did they pull it off in a big way!

Jeff is obviously America’s favorite player this season, the kid has it all, good looks, a charming personality, humility and even has the showmance going.  But did this move really help Jeff out?  It certainly has made a dramatic change in the game and from the way things are shaping up on the live feeds, it was a smooth move!  If Jeff is really good he’ll manage to get Michele to consider strategic gameplay and put up Russell and Chima.  This would be a perfectly logical move as Michele could blame the commotion that the two of them cause as reason for putting them on the block.

But hey the Coup D’Etat was used last night and a beautiful thing it was!  Here is the video of that going down.

Moving forward in the house it seems like Chima and Natalie are going to be the ones that are in the minority.  Chima, during her reign as hoh, began to start up a girl power thing with the ladies, but whether or not that will hold up with Michele is power is questionable.  Michele seems to be the type who will recognize Chima’s intelligence and opt to deal with her quickly rather then team up with her.  This week will be a pivotal one in determining who is going to make the final three.  I’m going to move forward into this week and say that Michele, Jeff, and Russell will make final three.

I’ve not seen very much live feed action this week so there may be some information I’m missing out on which could change my opinion in that regard, but I doubt it.  Thats my picks!
